This Weekend with Our Girl

We had to put our little girl in her Aggie gear on Saturday. This is an outfit for a 6 month old and I could barely put the T-shirt on her. She is SO big!
Abigail LOVES to sit in her Bumbo chair because she feels so big. Mommy is always right beside her making sure she is safe. :-)

Look at those cheeks!!

Little Miss Abigail with her Aunt April at her cousin's football game. Abigail must have been her cousin's good luck charm because his team won their first game of the season!

Our Little Abigail--Such the princess already

I love looking at Abigail's little profile. Here she is actually looking at the T.V. I believe her daddy had football on at the time. I am sorry about those red eyes--I forgot to fix it on the camera before I downloaded.
Another profile shot of our baby girl.

The weather in Houston has been so cool and perfect that Abigail and I couldn't resist a walk in the afternoon after mommy got home from work but I had to find a hat quickly to cover her head because I didn't realize how chilly it got. To me the hat looks like something from the cartoon, Strawberry Shortcake. :-)

Abigail loves to take walks outside--she loves being outside period. So here she is all bundle up, relaxed and ready to go. What a little nature girl in her Chicco stroller. :-)

Abigal always cuddles up against her daddy and falls asleep.

Well, she is not looking so happy here because I think she was getting a bit hungry and probably wanted her little head band off of her head--but mommy always has to make her look cute. :-)

Abigail and her Nana. She is wearing little leg warmers and a cute baby hat. She could be in the movie "Flashdance" with those leg warmers. I am so blessed as a mother to be able to have my mother come and watch Abigail all day while I go to work. It has been such a gift and a blessing knowing that our baby is safe at home.

She doesn't know what to think in this one. :-)

I had to take a picture of her chick feet!

There is mom again with a camera in my face. I promise she was talking to me and smiling like crazy right before I got the camera out and as soon as I aimed it in her face she immediately stopped and gave me this look! :-)
We all drove to Nordheim, Texas (where Clayton is from) to attend a Wisian Family Reunion this past weekend. Clayton and I had our Tahoe packed to the very top full of all of Abigail's stuff. We were so smart to have packed this travel swing with us because man did she love it. :-)

Well, Abigail 11 weeks old now and she is doing great. She went to the doctor last Friday to get her first set of shots and she was really good--only cried for a few seconds. She weighed 13 pounds, 6 ounces (almost double her birth weight) and she was 24 1/2 inches long. She ranked in the 95%-97% in everything so she is growing just fine. She has better head/neck control now and only likes the position of sitting up in your lap on on the floor with assistance. She smiles all the time (although you wouldn't tell from these pictures that I had here--only because she immediately changes her facial expression when I get the camera out! Silly girl) She talks and coos to me all the time and loves to sing with her mommy. We love her so much and I literally cannot wait to wake up every morning to see my little girl.

Our Baby Girl is Two Months Old Already!

She is smiling at her daddy early on a Saturday morning. I guess she is so happy to be able to spend the whole Saturday with her mommy and daddy. :-)

Could daddy get any happier?? :-)

We cannot believe how fast time is going with our baby girl. It is as if I want time to just stop so that I can take all of her sweetness in; however, I know she must grow and with each day she is learning something new, which is so wonderful to see. We love her so much and we are so proud of everything she does.
