Baby Girl Abigail is 4 Months old--Look how much she has grown!!

It is Abigail's new thing to sit up on her own away from mommy. She loves to look at herself in the mirror and we often find her laughing at herself--the cutest thing!

...Still looking at her beautiful self.

She was getting a little tired after sitting up for awhile so she decided to lean back. :-)
Yes, she is getting plenty to eat--as you can see the cheeks. :-)

Once again looking at herself while on her tummy.

She was talking to herself for like 2 minutes---I had the digital camera in one hand taking still photos while the video camera was running in the other hand. Mommies can really mutli-task.

Abigail is not really rolling over yet but she is rolling back and forth on her side and cannot quite get how to move her arm over. She enjoys being on her tummy to where she can do mini-push ups.

A happy girl!

We went to the doctor this week for our 4 month check up and the doctor told me to start slowly introducing foods to Abigail. So far she is a good little eater--still learning how to work her tongue so mealtime is a little messy but oh so much fun!

Abigail has also started teething. The doctor told me that she could feel those teefies coming in so Abigail spends a lot of her time munching on everything.

A nice picture of daddy feeding Abigail.

Abigail loves her bathtime and enjoys snuggling up in her ducky robe.
Abigail turned 4 months old on November 7, 2009 and she has definitely grown. We went to her 4 month check up with our pediatrician and Abigail is right on target with everything. She weiged 16 pounds, 2 ounces (97 percentile), she was 25.5 inches long (90-97th Percentile) and her head circumference was also in the 97th percentile. Her doctor noted that Abigail is cooing and talking like a 6 month old. I told her that our Abigail just has so much to say. It is the cutest thing because when we feed Abigail she talks to us in between each bite of food. She also does this when she is taking her milk. She takes a few sips of milk and then stops, looks up at me, talks for about 3 seconds, and then goes back to eating. It takes Abigail a loooonnngg time to finish her meals but these moments are priceless.
